Forging molding is another industrial molding method that is mostly used to make steel parts. These types of molds are very strong and consist of two pieces. The method of working with forging molds is that first, two pieces of the mold are connected to each other, then the molten material is sent into it through a special funnel built into the mold. This is usually done by pressing the press. Among the types of blacksmithing, we can mention closed and open methods.

Casting molding is of three types, sand, die-cast and die-cast. Diecast molds are used to make aluminum parts. In this way, molten aluminum is injected into the mold under high pressure. If you are looking to make high quality aluminum parts, it is better to use this method; But if the thickness of the part is different in different areas, then the method can be more suitable. In the sand method, the mold is made of sand. Since sand can withstand high temperatures, this type of mold is used to make metal parts with very high temperatures.

This method is used to make plastic parts. The material of the mold itself is made of steel, but the injection of plastic into the steel mold is a relatively complex technology, which will not be ineffective in increasing production costs.

Press molding is used to bend, shape and stretch the part. In fact, the press has only the role of shaping the malleable material, therefore, if the material is non-formable, the press mold cannot be used for it.
